PRICES
Beginning on the 1st January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol.
The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per guest and per overnight stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment (in our Garni it is 1,60 Euro per person and day). Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.

Included in the price:
- ski room with boot dryer and preparation corner
- garage
- storage for bicycles
- playroom for kids
- large garden with sunbathing area
- gym
- Wi-Fi connection
- use of the sauna (in winter from Sunday to Friday on request)
- discount for the use of the tennis courts at the tennis center of Selva

Not included in the price:
- daily fresh bread delivery on request

DEPOSIT
All reservations require payment of 30% of the total amount as a deposit. In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, the deposit will only be refunded if we manage to rerent the apartment.
