PRICES
Beginning on the 1st January 2014, a local tax will be introduced in South Tyrol.
The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments, on a per guest and per overnight stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment (in our Garni it is 2,80 Euro per person and day). Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy.

- storage for bicycles
- playroom for kids
- large garden with sunbathing area
- gym
- Wi-Fi connection
- use of the sauna (in winter from Sunday to Friday on request)
- discount for the use of the tennis courts at the tennis center of Selva

Not included in the price:
- daily fresh bread delivery on request
- 1 charging station for electric vehicles (for a fee)

DEPOSIT
All reservations require payment of 30% of the total amount as a deposit.

CANCELLATION TERMS
There is no right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Code - however, we do offer the following cancellation terms:
• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: only the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellation 29 to 8 days prior to arrival: 70% of the agreed total price minus the deposit paid for confirmation.
• Cancellation from 7 days before arrival or no-show: 90% of the agreed total price minus the deposit paid for confirmation.
• Early departure or late arrival: 90% of the agreed daily rate per day not used.

Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
